Quality Management API 409 Conflict on WebRTC Recording Export

Quick question, has anyone seen this weird error? with bulk export jobs for legal discovery. The Quality Management API returns a 409 Conflict when trying to fetch metadata for WebRTC interactions, despite the recordings existing in S3.

“A 409 response indicates that the resource is currently being processed or locked by another operation.”

This is blocking our chain of custody audit trails. Any ideas on how to force unlock or bypass this lock?
