Quality Evaluation Export Fails on Digital Channel Metadata

Configuration is broken for some reason… The bulk export for Quality Management evaluations linked to WhatsApp interactions returns a 422 error. The payload rejects the interaction_id field, stating it is invalid for this channel type. We are using the Genesys Cloud EU instance with Python 3.9 SDK. Is there a known limitation with digital channels in the WFM export API? We need these records for legal discovery and the current workaround is too slow.
