Trying to make sense of why the /api/v2/quality/evaluations endpoint strips carrierId and trunkIdentifier from the payload when retrieving evaluations for calls routed via our AP-SE-2 BYOC trunks. The data is present in the conversation logs, yet the quality summary payload shows null values for these fields. This prevents accurate quality scoring per carrier. Why is the quality API omitting BYOC trunk metadata in the evaluation response?
