Running JMeter 5.6.2 against /api/v2/quality/evaluations with 100 concurrent threads. Server returns 503 Service Unavailable immediately after ramp-up phase. Environment is Genesys Cloud US1. Is this a hard rate limit or a transient capacity issue?
