Could use a hand troubleshooting this 404 Not Found error when querying the Quality Evaluation API for calls routed via our AP-SG BYOC trunks.
Background
Managing fifteen BYOC trunks with strict failover logic. Recent analytics report generation is failing.
Issue
GET /api/v2/quality/evaluations returns 404 for specific call UUIDs, despite successful SIP registration and no visible drops in the carrier logs.
Troubleshooting
- Verified trunk credentials and outbound routing rules.
- Confirmed calls exist in the Interaction Search API.
- Checked for timezone alignment (Asia/Singapore) in query parameters.
