QM Evaluation 400 Error on BYOC Trunks

Batch-processing QM scores for the BYOC trunks in Virginia. The /api/v2/quality/evaluations call returns a 400 error. Body says “Recording unavailable”. Checked the S3 bucket, audio files are there, timestamps match. SIP registration is stable, no 488s in the logs. WFM schedule adherence looks fine, so it’s not a routing glitch. The QM dashboard just spins forever, doing jack all.
