Our customer has agents login to Genesys Desktop and a pilot group that uses SAP CRM as front-end. The pilot group is growing and the customer don`t want them to login to genesys desktop anymore. Is there a way to prefent this per agent?

Buy SAP GPlus and do all the login and telephonic actions from there.

ehm.. guys.. the pilot group is using the gplus… GAD is just backup.. we want them to use the adapter and prevent them from using GAD…
Try to set the system user that runs GAD to deny permissions on CME so GAD won’t be able to see those agents and therefore won’t be able to log them
