Having some issues getting my configuration to work… Agents showing as available in WFM are being filtered out by the predictive routing weight calculation.
- Published schedule via API (US-East)
- Verified agent status as ‘Available’ in WFM dashboard
- Checked predictive routing stats; weight remains zero for these agents despite correct skill assignment.
