Running weekly schedule publishes in America/Chicago. Using Genesys Cloud Predictive Routing with custom routing profiles. Noticed that when agent availability shifts drastically during the Monday publish window, the predictive algorithm seems to lag, causing initial queue spikes despite valid capacity data.
Question:
Is it possible to force a routing profile recalculation immediately after the WFM schedule publish completes via API? Looking for a way to sync predictive weights with the new shift assignments without waiting for the standard polling interval.
