The Workato connector is throwing a 400 Bad Request when the predictive routing engine triggers the outbound flow. It’s claiming a schema mismatch on the media_id field, but the standard routing payload doesn’t trigger the webhook. Tokyo team is asleep so doing jack all on the fix. The config looks identical to the sandbox setup.
