Looking for advice on a metric mismatch between the Predictive Routing campaign settings and the Performance Dashboard in our EU-West environment. The configured outbound volume is set to 500 calls per hour, yet the dashboard reports only 320 successful connections during peak hours.

The Architect flow shows no drop-offs or errors, and agent availability is confirmed. Please clarify if the dashboard filters out specific call states or if there is a known latency issue affecting the EU-West region.
