I’ve spent hours trying to figure out why the predictive routing engagement metrics are absent from the bulk export JSON files used for our legal discovery requests. The S3 bucket in Europe/London receives the media files, but the associated routing metadata fields appear null despite the Architect flow logging them correctly.
