quick question about predictive routing. pushing weekly schedules via api works fine but agents show as available in architect while wfm says they are on break. causing massive skew in predictive queue. using v2 endpoints. is there a cache issue or do i need to force refresh agent states? happens every thursday around 2 pm ct. anyone else seeing this lag between wfm and architect availability?
