Can’t get this config to load properly… Predictive Routing refuses to initiate outbound calls, showing 0% occupancy in the dashboard despite having 50 eligible agents. The Architect flow logs show the interaction reaching the ‘Predictive Routing’ action but immediately failing with a ‘No Available Agents’ error, even though agent status is ‘Available’.
In Zendesk, the outbound dialer handled this state automatically. What specific admin_config setting controls agent eligibility for predictive campaigns in Genesys Cloud?
