The pipeline throws a 422 Unprocessable Entity when linking skills to queues.
Environment: Genesys Cloud CLI v2.1.0, AU-1 BYOC.
Action: Updating queue skills via GitHub Actions.
Manual UI update works fine.
Any known API quirks for bulk skill updates?
