Hey everyone, I’ve run into a really strange issue with predictive routing stats in genestys cloud. the queue depth shows 120 active interactions but our servicenow webhook only logs 45 incidents created. using architect flow v2.4.1 in eu1. checked the rest api logs and all posts returned 201 created. why is there such a huge discrepancy between the gc ui metrics and the actual servicenow records being generated via the outbound webhook?
