429 Too Many Requests
Running JMeter 5.6 against the predictive routing queue endpoints to fetch queue metrics. The test fails when simulating 50 concurrent users in US1. The limit seems much lower than standard endpoints.
Environment:
- Genesys Cloud US1
- JMeter 5.6
- Endpoint: predictive routing queue endpoints
- Concurrent Users: 50
- Test Duration: 5 minutes
The JMeter test plan fails immediately after 10 seconds. Is there a specific rate limit for PR queue endpoints? Or is this a global API throttle?
