429 Too Many Requests
Running JMeter 5.6 against /api/v2/predictiverouting/queues to fetch queue metrics. The test fails when simulating 50 concurrent users in US1. The limit seems much lower than standard endpoints.
Environment:
- Genesys Cloud US1
- JMeter 5.6
- Endpoint:
/api/v2/predictiverouting/queues - Concurrent Users: 50
- Test Duration: 5 minutes
The JMeter test plan fails immediately after 10 seconds. Is there a specific rate limit for PR queue endpoints? Or is this a global API throttle?
