Could someone explain why predictive routing scores are absent from the recording metadata in our bulk legal exports? We are using the Genesys Cloud Recording API v1 in the EU1 region with the latest SDK.
- Configure Architect flow to attach predictive routing score as a custom attribute.
- Trigger a bulk export job for digital channel recordings with legal hold status.
- Verify the exported JSON files against the internal audit trail.
The score is visible in real-time analytics but disappears from the static export files, causing chain of custody gaps for our discovery requests.
