Error 409 on /api/v2/wfm/schedules/publish. Predictive routing is still using Monday’s headcount for the Chicago morning peak. We publish at 6 AM CST, but the queue depth spikes because the routing engine hasn’t synced. Any idea why the WFM-to-Routing sync is lagging?
