My current config is completely failing… Trying to migrate Zendesk agent availability tags to Genesys Cloud predictive routing weights. The API returns a 400 Bad Request when setting custom weights via the v2 API. Zendesk handled this with simple tags, but GC seems stricter. Is there a mapping guide for this? The error says invalid weight value. Thanks.
