I can’t seem to figure out why campaign CR-8821 remains in ‘Provisioning’ for over 45 minutes. The Architect flow is valid, and the associated queue has active agents. No 4xx errors in the logs, just a silent hang. Restarting the flow deployment did not trigger a state change. Is this a known backend latency issue during peak Asia/Singapore hours, or a misconfiguration in the WFM integration payload?
