So I’m seeing a very odd bug with Predictive Routing API throughput. Trying to validate capacity for high-volume outbound campaigns. Using JMeter 5.6 with 50 concurrent threads against POST /api/v2/outbound/campaigns. Environment is Genesys Cloud US1.
Immediately hitting 429 Too Many Requests. Rate limit headers show X-RateLimit-Remaining: 0. Is there a specific header or config needed for load testing predictive campaigns? Need to simulate 1000 concurrent calls.
