Hey everyone, I’ve run into a really strange issue with predictive routing api. hitting /api/v2/outbound/campaigns with jmeter. 200 concurrent requests/sec. getting 503 service unavailable after 10 minutes. us1 environment. architect flow is simple transfer. no custom logic. is this a rate limit or capacity issue? need to scale outbound dialer for black friday. any config tips for load balancing?
