I’m trying to figure out why the predictive routing campaign start endpoint returns 503 Service Unavailable. JMeter hits 40 concurrent threads on Genesys Cloud US1. The flow uses standard Architect routing logic. No WebSocket errors. Just immediate 503 on POST /api/v2/analytics/report-definitions. Is this a rate limit or capacity issue for new campaign creation?
