quick question about predictive routing api returning 500 when updating outbound routing rules. we are using sdk 2.4.1 and managing 15 byoc trunks. the error occurs specifically when toggling failover logic for the ap-southeast-1 region. the response body is empty. have others seen this when modifying carrier-specific quirks via the api? need to resolve before the saturday traffic spike.
