- Predictive routing queue returns 429 errors during JMeter ramp-up in us-east-1
- Simulating 150 concurrent calls via API v2/interactions/calls
- Rate limit headers show X-RateLimit-Remaining hits zero instantly
- Constant Throughput Timer set to 10 req/sec
- Tenant is on Enterprise plan
- Error persists even after reducing concurrency to 50
