Just noticed that the predictive outbound campaign fails to update via the GC Terraform provider in our AU-1 BYOC environment. The plan succeeds, but apply throws a 422.

The skill ID exists and is valid. Manual creation via API works. Is there a known issue with the provider handling predictive routing expressions in BYOC?
