Pushed the updated outbound campaign config via Terraform v1.48.1 to mypurecloud.com.au this morning. Predictive dialer won’t accept every 08 prefixed number, throwing a 400 Bad Request: InvalidDialingResource right before the ACMA consent block triggers. Console’s showing the rules as active, but Sydney edge drops the SIP INVITE when the local format hits the queue, doing jack all while the retry bucket fills up. Logs are just spitting out DialingError: NumberFormatMismatch and the retry timer hits 45s without any callback.
