Just noticed that our predictive outbound campaigns are artificially capping dial ratios at 1.2 despite the configuration setting being 3.5. This behavior is isolated to calls routed through our ap-southeast-1 BYOC trunks, while us-east-1 campaigns maintain the correct ratio. The SIP INVITE logs show immediate 486 Busy Here responses from the carrier, suggesting a mismatch in how Genesys calculates available concurrency for these specific trunks.
