The 04:00 JST sync pipeline choked on nice_cxone_analytics_report. Terraform 1.9.8 with nice-cxone 1.20.2’s throwing a 422 Unprocessable Entity. The metrics block lists acd_call_duration and wrap_up_time, yet the provider’s rejecting the payload. Raw JSON validation passed locally. State drift’s zero. Tested ignore_changes on the definition block, didn’t work. The error payload just says ‘Invalid metric type’.
