Performance Dashboard Queue Occupancy Lag vs Real-Time Metrics

Can anyone clarify the expected synchronization interval between real-time queue activity and the aggregated occupancy metrics displayed on the Performance Dashboard?

We are observing a consistent discrepancy in our EU-West BYOC environment. The real-time view shows agents as active in queue, yet the occupancy rate remains static for approximately 45 seconds.

This latency impacts our ability to monitor service levels accurately during peak hours. The issue persists across multiple agents and queues.

We have verified that the data source configuration is correct. No API errors are logged. The problem appears isolated to the dashboard rendering logic.

Is this a known limitation of the current release? Or is there a configuration setting to reduce this delay?

Our team relies on these metrics for operational decisions. The current lag is causing significant reporting inaccuracies.

Please advise on best practices for mitigating this issue.
