Could someone explain the synchronization delay between Architect flow data actions and the Performance Dashboard custom metrics in our EU-West BYOC environment? We have configured a specific data action to log interaction timestamps, yet the dashboard reports a consistent 15-minute lag compared to the raw interaction logs. This discrepancy affects our real-time queue management capabilities significantly.

The environment utilizes Genesys Cloud version 2023.4 with standard queue configurations. The issue persists regardless of the reporting granularity selected. We require precise alignment for compliance reporting. Any insights into the backend processing pipeline for custom metric ingestion would be appreciated.
