Running a predictive campaign through us-east-1 on Architect v2024.3.1. Concurrency hits 40 legs and the Ohio BYOC trunk group starts rejecting outbound calls. Carrier’s throwing SIP 486 Busy Here, but the trunk’s registration stays solid. Outbound routing rules are locked to that pool. We’ve tried tweaking the dialing interval, but it’s still rejecting. Logs show the carrier dropping before Genesys even sends the INVITE payload. Hits 35 legs and things run smooth. Tweaking the dialer settings is doing jack all right now.
