getting 429 too many requests on /api/v2/outbound/campaigns when ramping jmeter 5.6.2 to 50 threads from singapore. the architect flow works fine for single calls but fails under load. using platform_api to trigger predictive dialing. is there a specific rate limit for outbound campaigns in the asia region? logs show immediate 429 without any retry-after header. need to scale to 200 threads for our bpo client.
