Outbound CPD with MS for only 1 campaign

Hi guys,
I have a requirement where some campaigns must work with Alcatel GPA2, others with Genesys CPD and now others with MS…I’m ok with the first 2 as it is how we handle it today but how could I achieve the MS one?? Any idea?

I think that you have to configure VoIP ready Campaign as is described in MediaServer guide.

To use MS CPD You need SIP Server so solution is quite easy - You connect ALU TServer, CPD Server and SIP Server to OCS. Campaign that will use MS CPD needs to have Trunk Group object configured - it will force OCS to dial through SIP Server.
