Why does this setting in the Outbound Campaign configuration override the global recording retention policy? We need specific legal holds for compliance, but the campaign-level setting seems to force a 30-day delete rule.

This breaks our bulk export workflow for discovery requests. The recordings vanish before the S3 job completes. Is there an API flag to disable this override?
