Outbound Campaign Recording Metadata Mismatch in Bulk Export

Quick question about recording metadata for outbound predictive campaigns. The recording_id in the interaction metadata does not match the S3 object key generated by the bulk export job. This breaks our chain of custody for legal discovery. Is this a known issue with the current API version or a configuration error in the dialing strategy?
