Outbound Campaign Recording Export Metadata Mismatch

Stuck on a metadata drift issue with our outbound dialing exports. We are pulling recording blobs from S3 via the Genesys Cloud API, but the interaction_id in the file name does not match the interactionId in the outbound campaign report. This breaks our chain of custody validation. The environment is eu-west-1. Is this a known lag in the digital channel export pipeline? How do we reconcile this for legal discovery?
