Outbound Campaign Predictive Rate Limiting on BYOC Trunks

Is it possible to configure granular rate limiting thresholds per BYOC trunk within the Genesys Cloud Outbound predictive campaign settings to prevent carrier-specific 429 errors? We are currently experiencing intermittent 429 Too Many Requests responses from our ap-southeast-1 carriers when the predictive dialer attempts to exceed the carrier’s concurrent call capacity, despite having adequate SIP registration stability and correct outbound routing rules configured in Architect.
