Does anyone know why our Genesys Outbound campaigns halt when the WFM schedule publish job runs on Monday mornings in America/Chicago? The dialer logs show a generic 503 Service Unavailable from the prediction engine.
We are using the latest CX version with BYOC Edge. The issue aligns perfectly with the weekly schedule publication window, suggesting resource contention or a lock conflict.
The campaigns resume automatically after the publish completes. We need a way to decouple these processes or increase timeout thresholds to prevent this daily disruption.
