Dealing with a very strange bug here with the outbound dialer campaign list processing. The status remains stuck in ‘Processing’ for over four hours, and the preview dial attempts are failing with the following system alert:
Error 429: Rate limit exceeded for list segmentation service. Please retry after 60 seconds.
The data source is a standard CSV import with 50,000 contacts. Is there a known threshold for list segmentation jobs during European business hours, or does this require a backend ticket?
