Can’t get this config to load properly… the outbound campaign refuses to dial agents immediately after the Tuesday schedule publish in Chicago.
The campaign status stays in ‘Paused’ despite agents being marked as available in WFM. Is there a known delay or sync issue between the WFM schedule publish API and the Outbound dialer capacity checks?
