Outbound Campaign Failover Logic on AP-Southeast-1 BYOC Trunks

Does anyone know how outbound dialing campaigns handle SIP trunk failover when a specific BYOC route drops? We are seeing 503 Service Unavailable errors on our ap-southeast-1 trunks during peak dialing hours. The campaign pauses instead of routing to the secondary carrier.

  • Environment: Genesys Cloud EU-1
  • Trunks: 15 BYOC routes
  • Issue: 503 errors on outbound legs

The logs show the trunk is marked down, but the campaign does not retry via the backup route. Is there a specific setting in the outbound configuration to force immediate failover?
