I can’t seem to figure out why the outbound campaign is failing with a 403 Forbidden error when attempting to use the APAC BYOC trunk for dialing.
The SIP registration status shows as healthy, and inbound calls on the same trunk are processing correctly without authentication issues.
The error log indicates a mismatch in the outbound call indicator settings. This suggests the carrier is rejecting the request before the dial attempt completes.
Has anyone configured specific header overrides in Genesys Cloud to satisfy carrier requirements for outbound traffic on shared trunks?
