Outbound Campaign failing to sync Zendesk list

I’m completely stumped as to why the Outbound Campaign refuses to load the CSV exported from Zendesk. The system throws a 400 Bad Request error citing invalid column mapping for the phone number field. We are trying to replicate the simple list import workflow from Zendesk, but the Genesys Cloud validation logic seems stricter. The documentation here suggests standard E.164 format is sufficient, yet the import fails consistently. Any insights on the specific formatting requirements?
