Trying to understand why our outbound campaign metrics show a 15% increase in disconnects despite stable SIP trunk health on EU1. The Architect flow logs indicate successful handoffs, yet the performance dashboard flags these as premature terminations. We suspect a latency issue in the queue transfer logic, but the conversation detail views lack specific timeout codes. How can we correlate the disconnect timestamps with the exact queue wait time to validate if this is a platform-side timeout?

Check the max_wait_time in the outbound campaign configuration.

The default is often too aggressive for EU1 latency spikes. Increase it by 2-3 seconds to allow the SIP INVITE to complete before the platform forces a hangup.
