I can’t seem to figure out why the 400 Bad Request error persists when the Outbound Campaign Data Action webhook attempts to create a ServiceNow incident upon a successful connection. The JSON payload structure matches the ServiceNow REST API documentation exactly, yet the MID Server rejects the request immediately after the conversation status updates to connected in the Architect flow.
