Outbound Campaign Data Action Timeout with ServiceNow REST API

Anyone free to help troubleshoot this failure in our outbound campaign flow. The Data Action calling ServiceNow to validate ticket status times out after 10 seconds, causing the dial attempt to abort. The endpoint is standard, but the payload includes nested JSON objects.

Error: DataActionExecutionException - Timeout waiting for response from external service.

Has anyone optimized the request structure for Genesys Cloud outbound triggers to avoid this 10s hard limit?
