Is it possible to export digital transcript blobs directly via the outbound API for legal discovery? Currently receiving a metadata record only. Attempting to fetch the actual file payload triggers a 500 error on POST /api/v2/outbound/campaigns/{id}/exports. Using Genesys Cloud CLI v1.5.4 with Terraform v1.6.0 for deployment. Environment is Sydney region.
