Just noticed that the Outbound Dialing API returns a 400 Bad Request when creating calls via our ServiceNow Data Action. The error payload indicates a mismatch in the contactId format, specifically rejecting the UUID structure we pass from the incident table. We are using the latest Genesys Cloud SDK for Node.js.
The Architect flow triggers the webhook successfully, but the downstream call creation fails. Has anyone seen this specific validation error with external CRM integrations? We have verified the endpoint permissions and the contact exists in the dialer.
